Shipping policy

SHIPMENTS

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that Business Days are Monday– Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We make every attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible. For orders within the United States please allow approximately 3-7** business days from the ship date for your order to arrive (you will receive a notice when your package ships).

**Shipping and delivery times mentioned above are estimates only and can change at any time. Actual delivery times may vary due to a various factors beyond our control including, but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, catastrophic events, strikes, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Captivating Candle Supply will not be held liable for such delays.

We are dedicated to offering the highest levels of customer service – and to minimize risk for our customers, Captivating Candle Supply has a replacement policy for items damaged in transit, that are notified to us within 14 business days of receipt of the order.

We take extra precautions to prevent breakage by using industrial bubble wrap, additional cushioning and reinforced boxes for heavier shipments.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
