RETURNS
We are dedicated to offering the highest levels of customer service – and to minimize risk for our customers, therefore, if you not satisfied with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us directly for any returns within 14 business days at: contact@captivatingcandlesupply.com. If an item is damaged and you'd prefer a refund we will ask for photographic evidence to help identify the cause of the damage.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for discontinued and final sale products.
We take extra precautions to prevent breakage by using industrial bubble wrap, additional cushioning and reinforced boxes for heavier shipments.
All returns must be packed securely in original packaging which includes, kraft paper, shipping popcorn and/or bubble wrap, to help ensure we receive the items back in original condition. We will not be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. If you would like a return label provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
